Harrington Bar - No Problems

After a detailed inspection this week, Mangrove Mike declares that the Manning Point / Harrington bar is easily passable in small craft.
He recommended that BigJig's craft, Karisma, would have no problems and he should be encouraged to take the cruise from Avalon Forest Creek to Manning Point. "We could even do a spot of night off-shore fishing after a couple of schooeys, it's that placid".
