Pacific has a dark history and our researchers have only been able to collect faint threads that they have woven into some minor facts. He was born as a non-binary called Chelsea in a penitentionary facility in Texas towards the end of the cold war. He then was stolen from his family and raised in a government safe house in preparation for his life as a triple agent. Pacific's educational years were unremarkable and then the trail runs cold. One theory was that he was placed into a freestyle motocross troupe travelling through Siberia called the Great Circus of Nitrousberg. If this is true the only remaining evidence is his current possesion of only 9 fingers. He then came back on the radar of Poissonés et Boisses Extréme through his Cuban years as a presedentially appointed cigar and whiskey blogger for Castro. Using his techniques honed in smuggling cigars he then started a laundering racket for Soviet shoe makers into Tahiti. He was last seen as a translator for recent Putin and Trump meetings which does seem strange as he was not known for speaking either language (Russian or Idiot). We don't actually know if he can catch fish but there are some clues that he may be capable as his time spent as warden at Alcatraz would have left plenty of time to dangle a line.
