Funding For Manning Point Weather Satellite Approved

In addition to 3.5 Million dollars for some pandas, the federal budget brought some joy to the influential rich who attend the Manning Point Fishing Classic by providing $947 million to improve their Weather Satellitte. 

This experimental satellite acts like a water repellent over the Manning Area and directs rain to needed pastures.
